Wedded Bliss Events- Full Service Wedding Planning and Coordination Services

Wedded Bliss Events knows that each couple is different when it comes to planning their wedding. Some brides love to plan everything while others would like someone else to handle all of the details. With this is mind, we are pleased to offer a variety of packages to cater to each couple's needs.

Package 1: Rehearsal and Day of Coordination ($675)

Initial consultation to determine clients needs and gather an overall idea and feel of the bride and grooms vision of their wedding day
Obtain and review all vendor contracts to ensure that all items and services are provided on the wedding day. Follow up with vendors week of wedding to confirm schedules and services to be provided
Create a personalized itinerary for rehearsal and wedding day to ensure your event runs smoothly
Coordinate wedding rehearsal to ensure bridal party understands their roles and responsibilities and the overall flow of the ceremony
Supervise and coordinate vendor setup at ceremony site
Oversee ceremony details:
- Placement/handout programs and other extras (bubbles, rice, flower petals etc)
- Help distribute bouquets and boutonnieres to wedding party
- Responsible for marriage license, flower girl basket, ring pillow, etc are on site
- Line up wedding party, cue musicians and have officiant begin ceremony
Take down and transfer any flower arrangements or decorations and transport them to the reception site (if applicable)
Supervise and coordinate vendor setup at reception site
Oversee reception details:
- Ensure tables and centerpieces are setup as the bride and groom have described
- Set up guest book and table cards
- Set up cake knife and server and toasting glasses according to bride and grooms specifications
- Place table numbers and favors on guest tables
Coordinate with DJ/band, caterers, photographer and other vendors to ensure reception runs smoothly. Wedding coordinator will be the point person for any questions/concerns so the bride and groom can enjoy the reception
Advise bride and groom when events will take place (first dance, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc)
Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors
Help pack up wedding gifts and personal items and make sure they are given to a designated person after the ceremony ends
Handle any miscellaneous issues that may arise at ceremony or reception

Package 2: Month of Coordination ($900)

Includes all of Package 1 plus the following:

Help bride and groom determine a budget and how to manage to it
Assistance with finalizing vendor contracts (as needed)
Prepare a personalized calendar outlining dates to have wedding tasks completed
Assist with selecting and booking a site for the rehearsal dinner
Assist with out-of-town guest accommodations
Assist bride and groom with reception floor plan and seating chart
Provide list of activities and things to do in San Diego for out-of-town guests

Package 3: Full Service Planning and Coordination (starting at $1500)

From helping you select your wedding colors down to the china and linen, Wedded Bliss Events will oversee every detail of your wedding. Imagine an enchanted forest for your ceremony? We can make it happen. Christmas Carolers for your holiday themed reception? No problem! Whatever your heart desires, no matter how big or small, Wedded Bliss will be there to make sure you wedding day is everything you dreamed of and more!

All packages come with free vendor referrals (I do not get kickbacks from them, they are people who do great work and I enjoy working with) and you are free to contact me as much or as little as needed up until the wedding day!

Wedded Bliss Events mainly serves the greater San Diego area and the Temecula/Murrieta valley. We are always happy to accommodate destination weddings or events outside of these areas for an additional fee.
